Sabrina Grandolfo

Sabrina helps women navigate life's transitions with resilience and grace. Certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC) she takes a holistic approach to health and well-being, helping you discover your passions and values, identify and overcome obstacles, and develop a personalized plan to achieve your goals with confidence and clarity. 

Claudia Bastien

Claudia is an Anishinaabe Kwe woman who fell in love with cold water in 2016. As a Breathwork and Cold Exposure Therapy Guide, Claudia shares the benefits of what both practices can do for one's mental and physical well-being. Claudia is passionate about breathwork and cold exposure because it can be utilized by anyone and everyone, no matter your experience, ability, or position in life. 

Cheray Brandt

Cheray is the owner of Connections Wellness Studio and a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Combining 25 years of experience in myofascial training, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy & active release stretching, she utilizes the revolutionary art of Yamuna Ball Rolling to educate clients on body awareness, movement & self-massage to break up scar tissue, trauma release, and heal from chronic pain.  

Kristin Campbell

Kristin uses the practice of yoga to help you discover a pathway to embodied living, where your center becomes the guiding force in all aspects of your life. With passion, precision, and a dose of mama-bear love, Kristin teaches embodied, alignment-based Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga for every-body. Modifications and variations will be offered to those who need them.  

Nancy Trueman

Nancy is a passionate sound meditation teacher. Certified by the Complementary Medical Association in the UK, Nancy utilizes gongs and alchemy crystal singing bowls to help you let go, relax and find stillness. In addition to sound, Nancy guides Yoga Nidra & Restorative yoga practices, inviting connection, oneness and presence. 

Beth Lewis

Beth holds a BFA in Dance Performance. She began her fitness career in college, later touring internationally with Pilobolus Dance Theater. Now in Austin, TX, Beth is an exercise specialist at Early Medical, focusing on aging and movement research. She also teaches online classes and has coached actors like Brendan Fraser and Hugh Jackman. Her work is featured in Peter Attia's Outlive.
